Race to the Top is an initiative to educate people about blockchain and train developers parallel to the Avalanche Andretti team’s participation in Formula E.
Across the season, Encode Club will organise in-person educational events and programmes about blockchain through the lens of Avalanche alongside the races happening, with locations including Mexico, Rome, Berlin, Jakarta, Vancouver, London and Seoul. The programmes include:

The structure of the programme will be to run one-day of educational content on the Friday before raceday on the Saturday at a location in the city the race is taking place! Graduates of the programme will receive special access to the race weekend!
