Wormhole: Cross-Chain Borrow-Lend on Solana

Likely, the first step will involve adapting the contracts to Solana. In particular, this means building a Solana implementation for spoke (and possibly hub) that interoperates with the existing EVM contracts. This includes writing tests and ensuring the cross-chain interactions between EVM and Solana work as intended.

Beyond that, there are many directions that participants could take to iterate on the existing reference example:

  • Model and develop a scheme to set up optimal risk parameters

  • Develop alternative schema for connecting buyers and sellers of debt:

  • Create a working frontend and a demo connecting multiple chains on testnet

  • Create a working indexer for vault health, etc.

Check out the detailed bounty description and further guidelines here.

Prize: $5000

Wormhole: xPay - Cross-Chain Payments

Likely the first step will involve adapting the reference to work on Cosmos chains. Beyond this, there are many directions that participants could take to iterate on the existing reference example. Below are just a few examples; teams could choose to pursue any or multiple of these, along with any other alterations they see as adding value to the implementation they build:

  • Improve swaps

  • Develop alternative method of performing decentralized payments/deposits

  • Add support for Cosmos chains

  • Develop a UI and better UX

  • Integrate e-commerce solutions for a compelling go-to-market

  • Build tools that leverage cross-chain payments and deposits
